As I was journaling today, I had this thought: "For he wanted to spend more time with his disciples and teach them.” (Mark 9:31 NLT). This verse spoke to me this morning. The Lord desired to spend time with those closest him. How often does he want to spend time.....more time with us? The previous verse helps us understand the context of this statement a little better. Leaving that region, they traveled through Galilee. Jesus didn’t want anyone to know he was there, (Mark 9:30 NLT). We hear a lot about quality or quantity today. Are we spending quality time with The Lord?
